* Add Si4904 Software platform
* Add new decrypt method for MTK (Should be work very well for all mtk cpu/chips now)
* Add Phone general information Reading function for MTK
* Add Pickroof lock code reading function for MTK
* Badsoftware issue complete fixed
* IMEI change fucntion (MTK) bugs fixed
